Summary:Objective To value the alimentation of football have noted in the training period. Methods Seventy-three players of football have noted after explications by a dietetician and meadow survey the consomed aliments during 7 successif days (morning, moon, evening, out of meal) :"method of the mean of the week". The control of the filling up of the documents was carried out every day during the hours of the trainings by the dietetician. Results and discussion Carbohydrates have brought more about 55% of total energy to all subjects. The lipids and protein are under the norms: 30% for the lipids and 15% for proteins but minima were respected. The daily contributions in vitamins A and C are satisfacted but we have noted a miner shortage in vitamins B sub(1) and B sub(2). Conclusion These shortages in vitamins B sub(1) and B sub(2) can be translated by some symptoms of the apparition which has the fatigue or wearied and the growing fin, the sensation of the weighing and stiffness of legs.Original Abstract: Objectif Evaluer l'alimentation du footballeur en periode de precompetition. Methode A partir de la methode du semainier, 73 joueurs de football ont note, apres explications par un dieteticien et une preenquete, les aliments consommes pendant sept jours successifs (matin, midi, soir, hors repas). le controle du remplissage des dossiers etait effectue chaque jour pendant les heures d'entrainements par le dieteticien. Resultats et discussion Les hydrates de carbone ont apporte plus de 55 % de l'energie totale chez tous les sujets. Les lipides et les protides se situaient en dessous des normes, 30 % pour les lipides et 15 % pour les protides ; cependant les minima etaient respectes. Les apports journaliers en vitamines A et C s'averaient satisfaisants ; mais une deficience mineure en vitamines B sub(1) et B sub(2) a ete relevee. Conclusion Ces deficiences en vitamines B sub(1) et B sub(2) peuvent se traduire par des symptomes d'apparition insidieuse comportant fatigue et amaigrissement, sensations de lourdeur et de raideur des jambes.
