Summary: | A case report, the clinical features, and a histopathological report in one case of Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) is reported. This patient had exfoliative dermatitis, urticaria and angiodema. She had received treatment with steroids which showed improvement and recurrence after stopping steroid therapy. Unique feature of this case was that skin eruptions were the main presentation. Skin eruptions may be the only manifestation of otherwise asymptomatic patient of HES. |
