Summary:This article aims to provide an overview of the development of technology, which has resulted in changes in daily life and one example is the shopping habit, which used to come directly to the shop, but now people can shop online just using a smartphone. This article also provides an evaluation of research that has been conducted regarding online shopping and its perceived usefulness. This evaluation was carried out to provide literature and show gaps for future researchers conducting research on online shopping. This article analyzes using bibliometric analysis with a systematic literature review. Data was obtained through the Scopus database using the keywords "online shopping" and "perceived usefulness," with a publication year range of 2018 to 2023 with 152 published articles. The data was then processed and analyzed using VOSViewer, and seven clusters were obtained.
