Investigation of phase transitions in a system of Cd–Hg–Te solid solutions in a powerful laser radiation field

The investigation is devoted to phase transitions initiated by pulsed laser radiation in Cd x Hg 1– x Te solid solutions. Direct measurements show the formation of new phases and determine their composition.
