Summary: | Cloud gaming is an attractive alternative for gamers without having to have expensive hardware. Chrome Remote Desktop method helps to access video games on cloud gaming platforms remotely. This research was carried out by creating a cloud gaming server using Docker and testing cloud gaming on Xbox. Testing was carried out using the Chrome Remote Desktop method and without using this method. The main focus of testing is resource usage (CPU, RAM, and system security). Test results show that using the Chrome Remote Desktop method on the Docker cloud gaming server can increase CPU and RAM usage more efficiently. Meanwhile, cloud gaming testing on Xbox using the CRD method shows higher CPU usage and more efficient RAM. The Chrome Remote Desktop method helps users access video games via cloud gaming. In other words, what will appear on the laptop will also appear on the Android that has been connected. |
