Description
Summary:The Coplanar waveguide (CPW) fed rectangular slot antenna is designed to operate at 3.4 GHz considered as the reference antenna. Eleven square loops are introduced on the ground plane of the reference antenna. The height of the dielectric substrate is double compared to the reference one with the copper coated bottom surface. The significant feature of this proposed antenna is 59.70 % miniaturization and a large bandwidth from 0.73GHz to 3.94GHz. The bandwidth ratio is 1:5.39. The antennas are designed and analyzed using Ansys HFSS simulation tool.
