Summary:The researchers designed a fully working personal and portable Weather prediction and Earthquake Monitoring System with GSM Module that can send SMS Notification to the user and to the computer interface. The researchers developed the system by gathering a lot of information from various sources and by research. The researchers conducted tests with the field experts to check the reliability and the accuracy of the system. The researchers also conducted the integration and testing of the device to comply with all the requirements and passed with the standards. The implementation of the device was conducted in PHILVOLCS.The study aims to provide monitoring earthquake intensity and to have weather monitored every 6 hours daily and saves lives in case sudden event occurs. The device created will measure the atmospheric pressure, temperature, humidity and seismic activity to give alert messages on the registered user mobile.
