溶聚丁苯橡胶2506的性能及其在轮胎胎面胶中的应用

对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)2506的结构及性能进行了测试,与乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)1500进行了对比,并研究了SSBR 2506与天然橡胶(NR)并用在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,与ESBR 1500相比,SSBR 2506具有较高的1,2-结构含量;SSBR 2506的焦烧时间和正硫化时间较长,加工安全性好,拉伸性能稍差,耐老化性能和耐磨性能大幅提高;SSBR 2506的玻璃化转变温度较低,抗湿滑性能稍差,滚动阻力大幅降低。当SSBR 2506/NR的质量比为20/80时,轮胎胎面胶的综合性能较佳。...

The structure and performance of solu- tion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber ( SSBR ) 2506 were tested, and compared with those of emul- sion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (ESBR) 1500, and the application of the blend of SSBR 2506 with nature rubber(NR) in tread compound of tire was studied.
