基于脂质代谢组学研究褐藻糖胶对黄颡鱼幼鱼的影响

The effects of fucoidan on the lipidomics profiling of juvenile yellow catfish (pelteobagrus fulvidraco) during different feeding time ( week 1, week 2, week 3 and week 8) were investigated by ultra-performance liquid chromatography- quadrupole- time- of- flight-mass spectrometry ( UPLC- Q- TOF-MS ) combined with multivariate data analysis, e. g. principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares- discriminate analysis (PLS-DA).
