基于需求侧减排的节能调度及其改进NSGA—II算法

提出一种基于需求侧减排的节能调度方法,在此基础上,建立基于火电机组负荷分配和需求控制方案最优的双层优化模型,设计了迭代算法,并利用改进NSGA-II法对下层多目标模型进行求解。算例分析表明,该模型在保证电网运行经济性的前提下,能使发电和需求侧的污染物排放水平显著降低,并能提供各发电机组的调度方案及需求的控制方案,具有一定的实用性;所提出的改进NSGA—II法与一般NSGA-II法、多目标遗传算法相比,能改善帕雷托解集的空间分布,降低迭代次数,因此性能更优。...

This paper proposes an energy-saving dispatch method based on emission reduction of demand side, then establishes a bi-level optimization model based on the optimal allocation plan of thermal units and interruptible loads, and solves the problem with the utilization of improved NSGA-II and iteration algorithm.
